- Over 20+ years experience in HR consulting across Europe, Middle East and Africa (“MEA”). Prior to Agile Dynamics, Christopher was the CEO for AON’s MEA region HR consulting business. He also led Mercer’s HR consulting business in the Middle East
- In his roles, Christopher was responsible for designing and executing critical HR programs essential for effective business transformation and which drove sustainable change on a behavioral, cultural and organizational level
- Christopher holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and has been a qualified solicitor since 1998
Christopher has significant expertise with executive remuneration which means he has significant experience engaging and working effectively with client key stakeholders at a C suite and Board level. Christopher has worked with a wide range of businesses from SMEs to leading global businesses, as well as government and quasi government organizations, across multiple sectors.
Christopher has successfully delivered on the HR related elements of numerous Business Transformation projects across Europe and the MEA region. These projects have included effective design and execution of organizational structure optimization, business driven HR transformation, building performance driven cultures and effective reward, incentives, talent development, succession and employee engagement programs.
In addition, Christopher has worked with leading global and large family-owned businesses on executive remuneration that drives sustainable growth, increased shareholder and investor values and provides for effective key talent retention.
He also has significant experience in advising Boards in particular Remuneration Committees on executive compensation best practice, market developments and corporate governance adherence. Prior to joining Mercer in 2014, Christopher was an associate partner leading their People Services and Rewards offering at a Big 4 Accounting firm.
