Riyaz has over a decade of hands-on experience in strategy consulting, multinational business management and international business development; followed by 12 years in talent development/ culture transformation consulting and strategy execution including ‘Aramco led-(NICDP) Saudi National Industrial Cluster Development Program – Jaguar Land Rover’ $5bn Deal Negotiation, SABIC, STC.
Focused on developing personnel, transforming work cultures, and managing negotiations and providing leadership and support to an organization. Acting as strategic support to create effective company structure and culture, recruit, hire, train, manage and retain diverse multinational workforce, and transform international businesses in line with local legal and cultural requirements.
Cultural transformation and Investment projects over nine years working in the GCC for Multinational Fortune 300 companies and government backed infrastructure projects with investment up to $10bn. Culture Survey across KSA Designed and led workshops for Presidents and Senior leadership teams discussing results and implications of Company-wide Culture Survey (14,100 respondents) to Presidents and executive teams of international Joint Ventures in Jubail, KSA. This included KSA partnerships with multi-national joint venture partners such and ExxonMobil, Shell and Mitsubishi Chemicals.
