Benchmark provides digital transformation consulting services and is also the creator of the collaborative IRIS Business Architect software application for enterprise architects, business architects, IT/Solution architects, portfolio and program managers, and business analysts to optimize planning and roadmaps from strategy to delivery.
Clients include Alberta Health Services, Autodesk, BioBridge Global, Bristol Myers Squibb, FedEx, Guardian, Independence Blue Cross, Maersk, Regeneron, Scotia Gas Network, the TD Bank, UnitedHealthcare, the US government, the UK government, USAA, West, World Vision, etc.
Daniel has recently built business architecture frameworks for various industries, including the financial industry, manufacturing, telecom, utilities, retail and the pharmaceutical industry. Healthcare and manufacturing frameworks should be made available in 2020. These frameworks allow the acceleration of strategy to execution, and initiative prioritization within an organization.
In his previous life, Daniel was also a venture capitalist. He was involved in these successful and very profitable exits: Giganet sold to Broadcom; Kinaxis now trading on NASDAQ; SFI sold to BMC Software, Taleo sold to Oracle, and Telweb sold to Schlumberger.
