Built from the ground up the Digital Payments Practice for boutique consultancy organization (Prodigy Labs) including strategy, operating model, sales funnel, service offering, go-to-market strategy, and partnerships with leading Canadian FinTech organizations (Flinks, Berkeley Payments, 20022 Labs).

Part of the team that built a repeatable, scalable operating model for new venture creation at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). Model is a set of principles and lenses by which RBC evaluates ventures and opportunities to make progress in FinTech and Canadian innovation space.

Defined key product features of Canadian real-time payments platform “Real-Time Rail” as part of nation-wide Payments Modernization Program (access rules for ecosystem players wanting to access the Real-Time Rail, payments exchange, settlement, innovation layer (Payments Canada). Leading consultant for the adoption of ISO 20022 in Canada for 20022 Labs (Payments Canada’s FinTech).
